Product intact, original, unused condition, along with its boxes, accessories, purchase vouchers, warranty cards & promotional gifts (if any).

Products must be accompanied by a receipt for the purchase. Goods are identified to be purchased at the DeSilk showroom and DeSilk's online sales channel (based on the purchase invoice and identification stamp affixed to the product)

Products are determined by technical error by DeSilk, not due to external elements.

The product is a full-priced product or a product with a discount rate of no more than 30 % for a promotion / bank card association; Not a gift / discount / voucher applies to the promotion.

Each product can only be exchanged once.

We do not accept returns and refunds under any circumstances. Newly-exchanged products will be at the same or higher prices than products that need to be changed.

If DeSilk has written a tax invoice and the customer wants to rewrite the tax invoice in accordance with the item, the customer will have to follow procedures to cancel this invoice in accordance with the law.

There are no purchase invoice.

Labels, barcodes, packaging, containers, products are no longer in condition, used.

Exchanged products are not in the store.

The product has been modified, soiled, damaged, defective due to external influences after purchase; Details and accessories attached to the product are no longer intact.
